As Nopak Canada Inc. celebrates 45 years in business, we reflect with pride on our journey to becoming a trusted partner in the fluid power industry. Since our founding on July 1, 1980, we've been dedicated to providing high-quality hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, valves, and related products to a diverse range of industries across Canada and beyond.

Our success is built on a foundation of traditional manufacturing excellence, where precision, durability, and customer satisfaction have always been our guiding principles. These core values have enabled us to meet the evolving needs of sectors such as food and beverage, agriculture, mining, healthcare, transportation, energy, and construction.

People
As an employer, we are committed to providing an environment in which our employees feel motivated and appreciated.
From staff barbeque lunches to our annual holiday get-together, to pop and treats, to inspirational quotes, benefits and
surprise time-off, our goal is to create a workplace where people feel valued and inspired.
Planet
We are committed to making a difference through our sustainability efforts which include environmental waste disposal
(from kitchen composting to technology recycling to shopping by-product waste management), lowering our use of electricity
(lighting and HVAC), and working with local businesses to obtain materials that can be reused as shipping and packing material.
In addition, we support staff environmental efforts, which include participating in the Sustainable Waterloo Region (of which we are a member) Carbon Cleanse, Earth Day clean-up and Earth Hour participation.
Prosperity
We believe that when everyone works together, everyone prospers, and relationships and innovation are key to that prosperity.
We are committed to our customers - direct and distributors - and to gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to find
the right solution. We are committed to our suppliers - working together to build relationships that ultimately support our customers
